Onion dip has to be one of my favorite snacks. I love the taste of a savory dip on a lightly salted chip. If I were being healthy, I would’ve told you I eat it with carrots, bell peppers, or celery sticks. But let’s get real. This dip is worthy blobbed on a ruffled chip and more than enough to satisfy a salty craving! Onion dip reminds me of watching football on a Sunday afternoon, a fall favorite in my household.
Finding a gluten free onion soup mix was a challenge. Most of what I could find in the store contained wheat or other questionable ingredients. After searching through recipes on-line and going through a lot of bad onion dip, I think I’ve come up with something that is similar to what you would find in the store. Give it a try and let me know what you think!
